People and Guardianship

BC Global is a community-based organization comprised of Executive officers, a Board of Directors, advisory bodies (local community leaders). 

The President and the CEO are in charge of various responsibilities that affect the organization daily to ensure its activities are compliant and further its mission.

 BC Global registered as a subsidiary national nongovernmental organization in South Sudan and Uganda. The BC Global organogram comprises of a country director, officers, and  local advisory community leaders and the beneficiaries.

The BC Global Board and the president in the USA oversee the execution of the organization’s mission in the USA and internationally to ensure the implementation of the social and developmental projects, programs are managed and supervised by the local communities leaders driving from the grassroots for the interest of their communities.  

BC Global works with local and international partners to offer professional and technical advice on organizational matters of interest.

  • Ensuring the organization’s activities are compliant and in furtherance of its mission. 
  •  Developing, implementing, monitoring, and assessing the organization’s programs, including budgeting.
  •  Supporting the regional executive and board members, partnering and working with the board’s chair in cultivating and soliciting grants or donations. 
  • Championing the organization and advocating its mission to the internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Keeping informed of significant developments and changes in the internal and external environment.
  • Leading the organization’s planning processes.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and sound risk management practices. 
  • Strategic Planning Leadership Styles, Fundraising, Finance, Human Resource Management, Cultural Humility and Collaboration, Design and Present Community Improvement Projects for Lasting and Important Impact when Implemented.

How do you volunteer for BC Global?

There are many ways to volunteer:

A. Volunteer locally:

Study the demographic changes in the South Sudanese communities in the USA 

Volunteer to organize the BC Global organization to meet the higher standard.

Volunteer to raise funds for BC Global

Volunteer to be a part of the local languages development Project

B. Travel to Build:

Volunteer to be an ambassador for peace and rural development projects in South Sudan.
